Privacy policy

Inventory items, checklist entries, and tracker dates are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not uploaded to a CrispSum database. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may remove them.

When the same browser contains compatible household records from an earlier version on this domain, CrispSum copies them to its current local storage keys so the update does not hide those records. Existing current-version records take priority, and the migration does not send data off the device.

The hosting provider may process request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamps for security and delivery. CrispSum does not currently operate a separate user account database.

CrispSum uses Google Analytics 4 through Google tag measurement ID G-QQ96DMR9HS to understand aggregate page use and improve navigation and content. Advertising storage remains denied by default for all visitors. Analytics storage is denied by default for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and is enabled by default in other regions where this configuration is appropriate.

Where analytics storage is denied, this configuration does not allow Google Analytics cookies to be written or read. Google may still receive limited cookieless measurements for basic measurement and modeling, including the page and referrer, timestamp, consent state, and limited browser, device, or network signals. Where analytics storage is enabled or consent is granted through an applicable consent interface, Google Analytics may use cookies and process information such as page interactions, browser or device information, IP-derived location information, and timestamps.

No advertising display script is included in the current build. If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors and ad networks, including Google, may place and read cookies in a visitor's browser. They may also use web beacons, IP addresses, browser or device information, and other identifiers to collect information as a result of ad serving on CrispSum.

Analytics and advertising information may be used to measure site or ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where permitted by a visitor's choices, personalize advertising. Google explains the information it receives and how it uses that information on How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on a visitor's visits to CrispSum or other websites. Visitors can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Visitors may also use AboutAds choices to manage participating companies.

If vendors or ad networks beyond Google are activated, CrispSum will identify them through this policy or the consent interface and provide links to their privacy and opt-out information before their technology is used.

Analytics storage remains denied by default in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland until an applicable consent signal is available. Advertising storage remains denied by default in every region. CrispSum will not enable advertising display until an appropriate consent-management mechanism is configured. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising will use a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework requirements.

Where consent is required, visitors must be able to accept, reject, or manage applicable choices and reopen those choices later. Visitors elsewhere can restrict or remove Analytics cookies using their browser privacy and site-data controls. This policy will be updated when the services or processing actually enabled change.

You can delete records inside the tools or clear this site's storage through your browser. Export important records before clearing them. Browser privacy settings can also restrict cookies and site storage.
